All prices shown on the site include applicable taxes according to your location. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Purchase Process

3.1. Orders

When placing an order at DramatiCat:

  • You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You commit to paying the total price indicated, including shipping costs when applicable.

3.2. Confirmation

An order is considered accepted only when you receive an email confirmation from us.

3.3. Payment

We accept payments through Stripe (credit and debit cards). We do not store credit card information on our servers. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Coverage Area

We ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Shipments are made through recognized carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Estafeta.

4.2. Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time varies by destination: • Mexico: 2-4 business days • United States and Canada: 3-7 business days • Europe: 5-10 business days • South America: 7-14 business days
  • These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, customs processes, or holidays.

5. Exchange and Return Policies

5.1. Returns

Returns are not accepted, except in the following cases:

  • You received a different product than you ordered.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

5.2. Procedure

If you need to make an exchange for any of the above reasons:

  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use and with all its tags.
  • You must provide photos of the product and packaging.
